He is worth 7.6 Billion dollars.

Suleiman Kerimov
Suleiman Kerimov is a member of the Federal council of Russia and a member of United Russia. He also known as Russia’s richest civil servant and is worth 5.5 billion dollars. In December 2005, Kerimov reportedly bought Polimetall, Russia's largest gold and silver mines, using a $1 billion short term loan from Sberbank. However, there have been controversies over his ranking and riches since his assets appear to have been financed by significant debts.
