After the plan of Mukesh Ambani’s $ 2 Billion (Rs.10,000 Crore) – The world’s Costliest house, Vijay Mallya is planning to build one of his own house in Bangalore on Vittal Mallya Road adjacent to UB City.
The Kingfisher giant is planning an over 30 storey building (Ambani’s Antilia is 27 story Sky Scrapper in Mumbai) on a 4 acre property that would even have a helipad, according to Times of India.
Vijay Mallya currently has 26 residences around the world. His main home is in Sausalito, California built on an area of 11000 square feet.

Apart from this he owns a castle in Scotland, homes in Monaco, Trump Plaza in New York City, the Northern California region of Napa Valley, South Africa and five Indian cities including New Delhi, Bombay, Bangalore.




It's not clear what the height of the apartment would be: one source said it would be 16 floors, another said 30 and yet another put it at 37.
Real estate developers say with FSI (floor space index) going up, Mallya could go well beyond 30 floors. At present, one can get anywhere between 2.5 and 3.25 FSI on Vittal Mallya Road. In terms of value, land prices on the road range between Rs 20,000 and Rs 25,000 per sqft.

Apart from this, Vijay Mallya also has a house in Goa known as – Kingfisher Villa.
